I bought one of Scott's single coil pickups. It sounds very good, installed easily, is high quality and looks great. Scott provided excellent "above and Beyond" customer service. Yay Scott!

Thanks guys. I am calling the pickup John is referring to the CE and CS series (Classic Emmons, Classic ShoBud), and it features the same basic design as the Emmons or Truetone with ¼ inch diameter alnico magnets wound with 42 gauge wire. More information here:
