I believe it is a BMI. It has all of the top and bottom characteristics. |

agreed. the fret markers are 100% BMI, and the serial number is in the location and format you would expect from BMI. |

Yes, this is a BMI, in fact I remember the day my dad Kenn Rollans and I went to Zane’s house in Scranton, Arkansas to pick it up. Zane built that guitar especially for Kenn. Dad had many years of pleasure playing that guitar.
I hated to sell the guitar, but after dad passed in 2013, I inherited all of dad’s equipment.
I already had four guitars and I kept one of dad’s single necks. Mom is enjoying the benefits of the equipment sales the way dad intended. |

It is an early model too. He changed them after the first year or so to where the pickup is enclosed in an extruded block, as they are now. |

yes it is a BMI , i own it it was made in january of 76 still very playable i talked to Dan burnam about the steel and he told me the date |
