Interesting interview. The first time I saw John Hughey live he was playing with Vince in a show at the Arena in Binghamton, NY. They did a show with Reba, who was the headliner. Vince was on his way up but he was the guy I went to see. I am glad that Vince hired John and they worked so well together for so many years, and that Vince respected John for the awesome musician he was.
