I recently got a Fender Stringmaster (my current avatar). I play my other guitars through a Fender Bandmaster, which I love, but the sound is kind of empty in the midrange, and I can’t get a sound I like out of it with the Stringmaster. I have a little Fender Bronco for practice and couch jamming, and the Stringmaster sounds amazing through it, but it isn’t loud enough to play with a band. I feel like I need something with one 10” or 12” speaker. Portable, but loud enough to be heard over a drum kit.

Quilter MicroPro 8 -- sometimes with extension speaker -- works very well with my Stringmaster. Very powerful, very versatile amplifier.
