The late Pete Creslow`s widow Jan Madliarditi is looking to give his push/pull double-neck Emmons rosewood pedal steel a good home. At present, RISGA`s own Dan Kelly is about to have steel guitar expert Tommy Cass inspect and evaluate the condition of the guitar. I had the guitar for about a month. In my opinion, it is in good condition. |

Hey Manny!
Turns out after all, it is a 1974 Emmons D-10, 8 + 4 Push Pull. The Serial number is 1998 D. It has a pretty standard copedent that I will be including in the upcoming listing. It is in good cosmetic condition and could use a good cleaning after sitting for almost 20 years. I have an appointment with Tommy Cass for a review of its condition and for a value estimate.
I will be listing it in the "For Sale" section sometime next week. It really has that beautiful Emmons PP tone and is a pleasure to play, for sure.
Stay tuned! _________________ blah, blah, blah.

Hi Dan, I had done the research over a year ago and apologize for thinking 1965 without going back to the forum. My memory is one reason why I don`t play as much now. Thanks for doing the leg work with Jan`s guitar. RISGA is lucky to have such nice people like you and Marion. |
