Would running a 4 ohm and an 8 ohm in parallel show the transformer +\- 6 ohms?

Dave, here's a little tip:

Whenever two resistances are connected in parallel, the resulting resistance will always be lower than the lower of those two resistances. Winking

Thanks ... I had that wrong. I was thinking it was the sum divided by the number of speakers..

Or...Ohms X Ohms รƒยท Ohms + Ohms

= 4 X 8 รƒยท 4 + 8

= 32 รƒยท 12

= 2.67
