So, I've settled on an effect lineup for my psg, that works pretty well:

Stage One---> Strobostomp HD---> MXR Resonator pedal---> Lovepedal Dover Drive---->

Volume Pedal----->

MXR Phase 95----> Strymon El Capistan Delay---> Boss EQ-200-----> Quilter Micropro HD Amp (2nd "clean" channel).

So, basically 6 effects....3 before and 3 after the volume pedal.

But.....

I'm trying to figure out how I'll run these, live, with minimum fuss, space and setup time.

My first thought was a small pedalboard I could put on the floor between my volume pedal and C pedal. But seeing the tuner will be tricky, as will avoiding accidentally turning pedals on and off.

I've seen brackets attached to single legs of the steel, but maybe something with TWO brackets, on both right legs, to hold a bigger board?

Other ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks!

Hi Jim. A lot of guys set their FX up to their right side, either on a board or rack to get them at easy reach... not on the floor. Another idea as you set up your rig would be to have four cables coming from the FX board, that would stay connected with the FX when you tear down: one to the psg, two to the volume pedal, and a longer one for the amp. Just set up the steel, the FX and the amp, then plug in the four ends.

I have a similar setup with pre and post volume pedal, i have mine on a pedal train Jr board, and have a little keyboard seat i take to gigs to put them on. It's a lot easier to turn them on and adjust setting if the board is off the ground. If i forget the keyboard chair i put them on my steel case.
