I had a JBL D-130 speaker in my Evans SE-200 amp. I switched it for a light weight Eminence neo EPS15-C.
I couldn't tell a dimes worth of difference, so I went with the Eminence. I have an empty 12" cabinet that I just sold the TT-12
that was in it. I need to replace the TT-12. I am thinking about either a JBL D-120 or an Eminence EPS 12-C. Based on my experience with the two 15" speakers, I'm leaning towards the Eminence, but have concerns that just because the JBL/Eminence swap worked on the 15" doesn't mean it will work on the 12" swap. Has any body done a comparison between the D-120 and the EPS 12-C.

The EPS is a little strident for me...I actually test piloted it before it came out...I put it in my Nashville 112 and it was too bright for me,so I put the stock speaker back in...

I did however dig the EPS in a Pacific Audio Thiele cabinet with my Dual Showman head...it's hard to find a 4ohm 12"Speaker...I wish Weber would start back making the D-120 neo clone...they would make whatever you wanted!
