Ii can't say for sure, but that looks like (and the model number) the Eminence Neo Bass speaker that Evans used in an SE-200 steel amp in early 2000's.

I have them in my main amp, which is a Stereo Chorus 212, and have used them for about 10 years. Overall, they're certainly light enough, and they sound pretty smooth...if you keep the highs under control. (They have a pretty dominant peak between 2k and 3k.)
