Does anyone know where I can purchase a tailpiece for a Sho-Bro 7 string? I've only seen one Gretsch for sale, on E-Bay I think, but it got grabbed up before I could get my hands on it.

Beard has 8 string tailpieces...you could contact them and see if they have a 7 string (or just use the 8 string one):

Edit, sorry, you said trapeze...my mistake!

There are 12 string trapeze tailpieces that might work, but the spacing would probably not be right:

My old "Shot Jackson" 7-string just has an extra string slot machined into a 6-string tailpiece - just between and behind the 3rd and 4th string slots. I don't have it anymore, so I can't send a pic.

I bought a cheap 7 ( imported 6 with extra hole and slot)string tailpiece off of the forum for something around $20 shipped . If you want it it's yours for the same price. Email me and I'll get you a photo
