| Thanks for the info I'll check out the Facebook page. I used to go out and listen to Bud and his wife Geri, (I hope I spelled his wifes name correctly). When they would visit and play up in Athol, Idaho at a place called Betty's. Betty being the ex wife of Ferlin Huskey. Anyway, Bud's playing was great then, a bit more modern then the old 50's stuff. Lots of C6 chords and licks, I still have their tapes that I bought from them. Also, he was a great people person, interacted with the crowd, and I remember him having that radio dj voice-great entertainers, both of them. |
