First, these HAVE NOT been cannibalized off working guitars. I purchased a box of old parts that came from a Forum member who had a huge Stringmaster collection.
These are $60 + shipping (PP-F&F, $ order, or check from longtime, active Forum members). The are going for
$80-$110 on the 'bay:
 
The ones with the switches are $70 (OBO)
 
 
I have more than just these, so ask if you need something. I also have tuner pans and tuners
