That's an Ultra Super Awesome brand pedal. They were very popular amongst a small subset of an obscure minority of musicians who use inverted thirteen tone scales based on a second order partial differential equation. I could be wrong though.

Nice! I"m relieved to know it's not one of the cheaper models from the "Sorta Awesome Pedal Company" overseas.
