Scored two old George L 10-5 pickups. Neither has the rotary with it

What do I need to get for the switch? Is there also some kind of resistor network that this needs to operate?

Here is the wiring diagram, it's a six position 2-pole rotary switch, one of these: https://www.google.com/search?q=56SD30-01-2-AJS. I have a 12-5 in a guitar, the cap on it is 330pF ceramic disc.
