I play in 8-string A6 tuning exclusively. I need to tune down a half step for an upcoming recording project. I know how much sharp or flat I should tune each string to play (mostly) in tune In A6. If I go down a half step, will those those alterations change? Thanks in advance.

All 8 strings should tune down an equal amount so you preserve whatever offsets you are usings for the 3rds and 6ths in your tuning. Trust your ear and watch out if any equal tempered instrument player try to step on your probably offset tuned 3rds or 6ths. Two note harmony can always be slanted to become "in tune" with almost anything. 3 or 4 note harmony might not be that easy together with additional instruments.
