This is virtually new. If I used it three times I'd be surprised. Bought from Tom Bradshaw, I intended to use it once I learned to play my C6 lapsteel. That guitar is gone mainly because I never got around to learning how to play it. Included (and how's this for wishful thinking on my part?) an extra new pot and cord recommended and sold by Tom. There's a 9 volt battery in there I believe but since it wasn't connected to an amp, the battery should be fresh.

Underwhelming response for this active volume pedal. A few more pictures to show it really is as new. BTW, this should have the same taper as a 500K pot pedal.
