This is a really odd thing I have never heard of, however I'm 99.9% sure it's the real Santo Farina and a guy named Riccarddo Zappa. It's very electronica based and has a release date of 1991. However the steel playing does in fact sound like the original Santo, and they do a version of Sleepwalk so all odds are that it's the real deal. Here's the tracks I can find from Youtube. Does anyone have this album? Anything interesting/useful in the liner notes? Really bizarre!

Yeah, I was hoping to hear a steel guitar version of "Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" (cause that's where the huskies go).

Seriously though, the music is very interesting and exotic. The steel guitar tone and vibrato are 100% Santo. I didn't know he was recording as late as 1991.

Bridge Over Troubled Water is great.
This solves the mystery of the varispeed on Sleepwalk speeding up Santo’s vibrato. Not!
That guy has an incredible touch and tone.
