If our "Little O' Oprey" ever opens back up I need a good sounding dobro to leave on stage. It don't need to be great cosmetically just really good tone at a reasonable cost

Budget? For under $1k, people recommend Gold tones set up by Beard in MD, the RK Ledbetter model and the old Wechter Scheerhorns with round holes but those are kind of hard to find.
