Many years ago I ordered "Secrets & Shortcuts" from Maurice Anderson. It's a 29 page unbound booklet with a slightly thicker front and back cover. It has a metal clip that holds the pages together. I ran across it again after going some old stuff I had in a file cabinet.

It contains Maurice's musings on a variety of subjects along with the last 2 pages of ads for his material and personal instruction. Honestly, it didn't reveal any earth-shattering secrets to me but it might be of some value to another player.

$10 and I pay the shipping via USPS within the US.
