Up for sale is a G&L SC-2; the neck is dated 4/14/1983. Despite being one of the company's less-expensive models, the SC-2 is a professional-quality guitar with a full 25.5" scale. This example has the relatively uncommon sunburst finish and a surprisingly figured maple neck and fretboard. All the parts are original, though a thin shim has been added under the nut. The guitar comes with a non-original case. It is set up well, plays excellently (fret wear is minimal), and has only the expected finish wear (see pics), no breaks or signs of abuse.
