Hello all, I sincerely hape everyone is staying safe and healthy. Thoughts on the new Peavey Session 115 if anyone is playing through one. In the ad's I'm seeing it seems ok but wasen't it tubes that made these amps great? I like what the amp doe's seems to make sense.

Peavey did not and does not build steel guitar amps with tubes. They have all been solid state.

The Session 115 is a GREAT amp. It takes some getting used to because you cannot use the "standard" settings you used on all the old Peavey amps.

I love mine.

If you are interested in ordering a new Session 115, let me know and I will try to help you save some bucks.
