Georgous 1964 John Lee Hooker Signature Sheraton RI. Made in Japan at the Terada Factory, same place the top line Gretsches are made. Then sent to Gibson and finished out with all USA parts, a win win situation! It was said Gibson lost money on these. These are pretty much dead on to the real thing. Very deluxe top of the line instrument. Hand signed by John Lee himself. Premium 6 latch TKL case. Very unique tone, plays like butter. Leon Rhodes played one for years. https://youtu.be/qnEMOQTh27s [kinda loud !] Price is $1950. E-mail at classic_co@hotmail.com

Wayne. where on the guitar does it say "Made in Japan"? That one looks more like a reissue of some sort. The ones that Leon Rhodes played either had a Bigsby or Frequensator tailpiece. Leon never played a stud tailpiece Sheraton. I have a '92 Sheraton made in Korea and a '62 reissue model made in China I believe. They're both fines guitars as I'm sure your's is too... I've never seen a John Lee Hooker model before........JH in Va.
