Anyone using a Beyma Liberty-8? Or tried one?

https://www.usspeaker.com/beyma%20liberty-1.htm

Looking for opinions or reviews. I know it's heavy. And I know there are some great Neo-mag speakers out there. But right now I'm just curious about the Beyma and how well it measures up to JBL.

Erv, when I did a side by side comparison between my JBL's and the Electro~Voice (SRO and EVM) speakers, I gave away my JBL's...all 3 of 'em.

Not everyone is crazy about JBL's. Rolling Eyes

Because finding an affordable one from a reliable source is kinda like shopping for a used car? Confused

Tommy,
I usually look for a bargain and recone it.
I've had good luck doing that. Very Happy

Erv, who does a good job reconing JBLs? Or do you do it yourself?

Tommy,
I do it myself.
I get the JBL recone kits from www.soundspeakerrepair.com
It's not really a big deal.
Even a left-handed Norwegian can do it! Very Happy
