Is The Factory located in Franklin TN? Looks like it's part of a bigger mall or something if I was looking at the right website.

Good stuff. I have played that venue with the Malpass Brothers. Yes it is an old factory that has been repurposed into a mall. The Music City Roots set is at one end.
