Not sure of the value but it would look good sitting at my house. |

Looks identical to one of the first steels I started learning on.
A lot of great music can be played with that 3 + 4 set up.
Good luck with your sale |

Yup, beautiful steel!
Theres a few comparables, lacquer s10 on sold Reverb listings but i htink you have to check Shobud and Sho-bud and Sho Bud etc to see them all, same thing w/ebay

it's worth whatever someone will pay for it. I would think a Sho-Bud in this condition would fetch closer to 2k if not more. never hurts to list it and see who bites. good luck _________________ 1965 Emmons S-10, 3x5 โข Emmons LLIII D-10, 10x12 โข JCH D-10, 10x12 โข Beard MA-8 โข Oahu Tonemaster |

Not at all. I'd just like to point out that pedal steels on Reverb are typically overpriced. They're often sold by dealers who don't know anything about them, and bought by first-time buyers. I bought a guitar very similar to yours for $1200 locally just 2 years ago. There were a lot of them made and, nostalgia aside, most of them are pretty crude compared to today's instruments. That's just my opinion, of course.
And keep in mind that, at my age, everything seems to be overpriced. _________________ -๐๐๐- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

Mike, for what it's worth.
I would never buy a steel where someone else's pictures were used.
Even though mass produced, every steel has it's own unique look and with a steel that old, people want to see the condition of YOUR guitar, not a stock picture.
I'm with Bob. Even though they look GREAT, those steels in a single neck probably won't bring more than $1200 - $1300 unless you luck up on a collection looking for somthing to sit in his music room.
Just my opinion _________________ AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps.
