Here's one of the favorite songs from the late great Lena Machado. C6th tuning.

Very Nice Derrick! I was stationed in Pearl Harbor in the early 60's. Bought by
my first Steel from a Sargent at Hickam AFB. I was in the Navy A 6 String Gibson.

Love that song...great sound, love the backing as well! There's a great version by Iwalani Kahalewai on the Tapa Room Tapes that was my introduction to the song (even before hearing of Lena Machado). I've never learned it properly on steel...

(BTW, if your soundcloud starts to get full...I've noticed many of your tracks have a few minutes of trailing silence...if you crop those out you could reclaim some space for your account without having to pay to upgrade. )

Thanks everyone for listening.

Nic - I re-did a few songs and deleted the old track, but,
it was still there with silence as you have said.
Strange that I have these double tracks when I'm accessing Soundcloud on my phone, but when I'm on the computer, the deleted song is gone.
Maybe I'll delete everything and re-load all the songs later. Thanks for your input. Very Happy

Great listening, we loved the picture and wish we could be seeing you in person. The other cuts are on the version we got on our phone, with audio. Keep well.
