I have a broken string on my Sho-Bud volume pedal. Any suggestions on where to find a replacement string, or any substitutions?
Thanks, Bart |

If you have an old broken mini-blind the string on it would work great. I save string from any blind we are discarding. It is actually woven and not merely twisted like most masonry string. I stick a lighted match to the ends briefly to melt the ends so it can't unravel.

I use string from my fly casting reel line on my old shobud pedal. It works great... _________________ mullens RP SD10 ,, hilton pedal, walker goldface w/BW Cabinet. |

Bart, if you don't have any blind cord, let me know and I will send you a new replacement string. n/c _________________ AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps. Thank you for the great advise Gentlemen. I should be able to round up a piece of string from a blind. |
