anybody know if their is a way to drop the f# to d thanks in advance dean.....the high f#

That's a tone and a half drop and a long travel on a knee lever. If you have an available lower on the 4th string you could lower that a whole tone E to D. That
should be a bit more user friendly.

I don't think it will go that far. Try pushing the lower part of the finger with the eraser end of a pencil to see how far it will go.

A heavier string gauge might help, but it's still a really long pull.
