I recently purchased this guitar and delivered to Jeff Surratt to remove all of the standard pot metal knee lever brackets and replace with aircraft aluminum. You will NOT have to worry about losing a knee lever while playing this guitar as has happened to me with previous Sho-Buds. When Jeff opened the case he said it was the finest shape of any Sho-Bud LDG he had ever seen. When I purchased the guitar, it didn't have the original Sho-Bud pickup, but I ordered a brand new single coil Truetone from Jerry Wallace. I also had Jeff add another LKL as I have on my current Rittenberry knee lever setup. I would have added a LKV had I decided to keep the guitar. I have been going through a lot of decisions on my playing direction and this has been a painful choice of whether or not to sell this guitar, but I have finally made up my mind on the sale. I would rather deliver to the new buyer at the Dallas Show next weekend versus shipping the guitar, but if shipping is preferable to the new buyer, I will insist on insurance. Note that there is one small ding on the back of the cabinet....it is the only mark keeping this cabinet exterior from being truly mint. Pictures below. Asking $2900 plus shipping, NO Trades.

Thanks!!

The filled screw holes on the underneath of the cabinet was done by Jeff to center the LKR after the addition of a second LKL. It is the ONLY change made to the underneath of the cabinet itself. Again, no pot metal knee lever brackets, all changed to aircraft aluminum. The changer is original.
