Hi all,
Happy Halloween. Got a strange story for ya.
I bought a 30 year D10 steel to learn that C6. After alittle over a year I'm doing pretty good but had a jazz guitar background to start with. Things learned on C6 are showing up in playing the E9 neck as they are related.
This old steel is well worn but still plays great. Oviously it has been played by many and was sold in the Nashville area back then and I got it from Washington state.
Now the strange stuff. Sometimes when playing it I find myself playing stuff that I haven't before which usually sounds like stuff played on C6 years ago. I know from playing 35+ years that stuff will come to you sometimes while playing but what I'm talking about here is very much above that.
The only other thing I can add to this that may help is that the color of the steel is
black.( the black color is just for some humor here guys!) What to you guys think??

Heck, when I play there's always some scary stuff that comes out of my PSG...usually resulting in audience members that get a horrified look on their face!
