Whiskey Preachin' Records Vol. 1

So I've been involed in a new record label that an old buddy of mine founded with a friend recently. It's called Whiskey Preachin' Records and focusses on country music, southern rock and whatever there is in between. We just released our first album, a compilation of "21st Century Honky Tonk", as wel call it:

I hope you like it! The next release will be an album by The Rhyolite Sound from Las Vegas who also contribute a track here.

That is some awesome, awesome music! Just the way I like it.

But, why only on vinyl? You guys should also have download-able mp3s for purchase...A lot of people, like me, don't even have a record player (I probably should get one.)

Thanks for the kind words, Jacek! Some of the songs on the compilation have been released previously and it would have made licensing them much harder, if not impossible if we also offered streaming or DL. Apart from that's we're all big fans of the format and we thought it would be great way to kick off the label. Coming releases will be also available on CD and streaming.
