Anyone know what kind of overdrive Robby used on the Chris Stapleton record?

From the Traveller album, might as well get stoned. just a great warm overdriven sound.

There's a lot of phaser on the steel on that track. My first thought was that Dave added that in the mixing stage, but Robby is really milking those chords during the verses in a way that sounds like he had it on there all along. The breakup could be a little of the amp, but it also sounds a lot like the way a phase 90 distorts with a steel pickup.

I'm not sure he's still using this, but back in 2008 using a little Zoom device, can't remember which one...

That could definitely just be phaser into a driven tube amp.
