I don't know what model this is from as it arrived on a Stringmaster project guitar I bought but it looks to have originally been a Sho-Bud with the same textured plastic I've seen on early 70's pickups. Works well and reads 17K ohms. Mounting base is 4 1/2" X 1 1/8" and the pickup is 3/4" thick. Leads are 4" long but I can extend them at no charge if you like.
