Paul's got a new blog post up about the G# to B change.

Change Is Good

Thanks for posting. Interesting stuff.
I also have the G#->B change on my guitar that I got the idea for from this forum a while back when people were saying Paul uses that change. I tried it and liked it.

Paul's playing sounds very original and refreshing, yet still very familiar and melodic, as in that song by Midland that was linked in your blog post.

Does he raise both G#s to B or just one of them?

Because of a post on FB, I added this change last week. It has proven to be very useful as a cliche buster. More options is always great!
