Here is my 1997 Zumsteel D10 8 pedal, 9 knee guitar - spectacular condition, and wonderful playing and sounding guitar. I have owned this guitar since 2006 and it resided in Australia for a while, but now I have it back home in New Zealand - since my two Zum Hybrids get all the work this guitar is being wasted in it's case. BL710's on both necks - the setup on E9th is pretty much Franklin/Johnson. Serial #D1088633 1997. The guitar has the older centre connect pedals, and the later design bellcranks. There is some pitting on the top of the pedal bar (pictured) but the rest of the pedal bar is as new. The guitar is in stunning condition with just the occasional small scratch on the endplates which are barely visible. Fabulous condition for it's age.
The guitar is actually three colours - top deck is Black, front and rear aprons are Teal and Charcoal - I've tried to show a close up of the front apron so you can see the slightly lighter charcoal finish.
Price is $4750 - no trades, and the price is firm.
No freight costs to the lucky buyer - If the guitar sells, I will bring it to the Texas Steel guitar convention in Dallas - so you can pick it up in person, or organise someone to uplift on your behalf.
