I recently purchased one of these and really love it...I have it tuned to A6. Would like to find another one and leave it in C6th...I have never owned a 6 string lap and prefer 8 string, but would be open to 6 if the price is right. I found a used D8 on another site which sounds tempting but I would prefer to buy on the steel forum from a regular member...I have always had great experiences buying and selling on the forum...btw that WEst Coast D8 was listed at 1295
Also i might consider another brand if the price is right.
