Reduced....For sale my Remington SLX Sustainmaster D10, 8 and 5. Super nice, beautiful tone, beautiful guitar. Excellent condition. Aluminum necks, beautiful wood apron and top, all polished chrome, George L pickups. I believe it was built by Herb Remington in 1995. I don't know what turtles are, so I can't say yes or no to that. I'm in the Dallas area. My only reason for selling is that I've decided I'll never learn C6. Asking $2,000 firm + shipping.

Living in Houston, as did Herb, I got to visit him at his home/shop several times. He was most friendly and always ready to jam or demo. Most of Herb's guitars were assembled by the late Bobby Bowman. He had a cabinet maker and a machinist making the various parts. |

Dig the geared reverser on the R/K/R (7th pic). Looks like all the undercarriage needs is a good blow out with an air compressor. RP _________________ Emmons SKH Le Grande, '73 Fender P/J bass, Tick tack bass, Regal high strung, USA Nashville 112. |

This looks like my old Remington. I sold it to a fellow in the Dallas area a decade or so ago.
I bought it from Lee Lessig who lived in Washington, State.
He had it originally built.
I rembering calling Herb to let him know it was back in Texas!
