Scotty's C6th Lap Steel Book

Does anyone know where I can find Scotty's Book for C6th Lap Steel. It had a Green Cover and some of the song's in it were, Hawaiian Wedding Song, Born to lose, Adventure's In Paradise to name a few. It came with a Cassette but don't remember if it also had backing Tracks or not, perhaps it was just Scotty playing the Melody's. Had a copy of it years ago but it somehow got lost.
Any info would be much appreciated.

Hello John, that book did not come with any tracks, it was written in TAB, and it did, as you said come with a cassette. I just got rid of mine a couple of weeks ago.
