What could someone expect to pay for a Tim Scheerhorn built resonator guitar?

It's a large body, curly maple in very good condition. Has a couple of dings from just being used. It has also had a pick up installed.

I'm very bad at values. I suspect that the pickup won't effect pricing (I'm assuming it's the Nashville).

My sense is the market is down from it's high for several reasons so,....

Without having the guitar in front of me I'll swag it at $7K, based on nothing more then a gut feeling.
