Hello,
My favorite bar is made by Tribotone, who apparently is no longer making bars.
I love this bar, I have had it forever, and it sounds great, however I have basically worn it out, and I need to replace it with a new bar.
Does anyone know where I could find one like it? Its a polymer bar which slides across the strings with very little string resistance.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
thanks,
Smitty |

Ezee Slide bars by Basil Hendricks on this Forum.
They’re Polymer bars like the Tribotone.
Do a search and I’m sure you’ll find a link to Basil’s site. |

I have had all three--Tribotone, Ezee Slide and Clinesmith. They're all good and all in the same ballpark as the Tribotone.

I have two of Basil's bars and love them! I've heard great things about the Clinesmith bars as well. Steel bars just feel unwieldy and slippery to me now. _________________ Waikīkī, at night when the shadows are falling
