Just stumbled on this accidentally and got a kick from seeing an old Framous psg. It must be a lip sync but is that really a steel track or is he pretending to play steel to a guitar track meant to sound lIke a pedal steel? I should be able to tell...🤪 right?

A famous Dutch steelguitarplayer, Frans Doolaard, is playing steelguitar on the studiorecording of that song. Who is playing in the youtube clip I have no idea. It all looks a little strange.

In the studio recording steelguitar by Frans Doolaard, in the youtube clip no idea.
Frans was a fantastic player, in the seventies I was fortunate enough to get steelguitarlessons from him.
