Hi all, I recently got an Emmons Lashley LeGrande II SD-10 that I really like but I've noticed that the 6th string tends to go pretty flat when ! engage the A pedal. I realize that there will always be some cabinet drop but this goes way more than a few cents. Any suggestions? Could there be something I'm missing at the changer pulling it flat?
Also, I notice that the fourth string tends to ping at the roller when the pedal is engaged. Is this just a lubrication issue or do I need to look into replacing the rollers?
Thanks in advance for your help, Rick |

Can see the sixth string roller bridge finger move when you press the A pedal? If you can than perhaps there is broken string ball and raping wedged between the bridge fingers.

Change the 6th to a wound and see if it still drops. My derby did the same thing. I searched for years trying to fix this and finally George Jones Steel player told me how to fix the problem , change the string to a wound string... It worked. Zero Drop on the 6th with the A pedal and F lever. |
