Over the years we've seen Pedabros, and various other resonator guitars with pedals, but has anyone thought of building a Weissenborn with pedals?

Mmmmmmmmmmmmno.

This is just a guess from someone who isn't too terribly bright,
but a Weissenborn is historically a rather delicate instrument with bodies designed for optimum tone and I would imagine
hanging the hardware and mounts onto that body might be detrimental to the tone not to mention putting extra stress on the body.
Like I said........just a guess.

I'm sitting here looking at mine and I would have no idea where to begin.
Has anyone seen a standard acoustic guitar converted to pedals?

Not a weissenborn, but a couple years ago at the Dallas show, there was a square neck dobro with 2 knee levers mounted inside the neck.
Pretty cool...
