I see there are three different E9 sweetening sets. Any recommendation?

I use the Newman presets at 442.5 Hz. SE9 (opens) and SP9 for pedals and knee levers.

However, these are based on the Jeff Newman late 80's configuration and do not account for modern changes such as raising the 1st string a full tone, raising 2nd string half tone, lowering 6th string a full tone, etc. For this reason I have created my own "JE9" which is the Newman SE9 and SP9 combined into one program, and includes noted changes. The 4th string full tone raise (C pedal) and the 4th string 1/2 tone lower had to be in a separate program as those changes are already used with different offsets. Not a problem as these two rarely need adjustment. If you are registered with Peterson Connect (e-mail) I can "share" (as Peterson calls it) my JE9 and JKL programs with you and you can download them to your tuner. Send me an e-mail.
