I have a Stand Back amp stand I'm not using. I have never used it, so it's "new". It is based on the Fender tilt-back legs. $25.00 shipped. You can see it used in this link:

I used these all the time. They weigh virtually nothing and fold to fit in the back of your amp.
This just may be the "blue light special" of the day.
