My first push pull build in 2009 came in yesterday for some minor adjustments.
She plays great an sounds good.

Ross, Larry an lee thanks for the kind comments.
I will take some pictures of the underneath she’s basically a BMI underneath. An yes those are BMI Pedals.
Not the first pedal steel too pull an lower over harden steel at nut an bridge it works very well because of the low angle of the strings over steel rods. |

Beautiful Johnie!!!! I may need your help if I ever get around to rebuilding this 11 string BMI that Brumley gave me. I sold it,,then got it back after 30+ years,,VERY, VERY used!!! |

Sonny I need to finish this keepsake up the first ZB Keyless push pull Zane Beck made an played for years an gave too Zane King an Zane King played this steel for for many more years.

This little steel plays incredible short strokes on pedals an knees supper easy Little push Pull.

Johnie..Noticed that on the changer end; the balls on strings 4-10 strings pass through holes on the ends of the fingers but on strings 1-3, they are wound under so that the ball ends are on the inside of the fingers. Curious as to the reason for this method? |

David your right just one of those deals that the first three strings needed help the straight pull was causing the string wrapping too break the extra holes solved that problem. |
