If you're talking about buffing them Larry, yes you can. I've done it on a couple guitars but I've noticed that for some reason the pedals on guitars that have that gray finish have a tendency to reject the buffing. New pedals that have never been on a guitar polish up pretty easy to a shine equal to the endplates. If you're asking about just using a metal polish, you can do that as well, they're just aluminum, but again, it may not gain you much without buffing.
