Yes. It was a special one-off made for Byrd by Fender.

Yeah, I kept trying to place what it was...didn't have the metal frame of a 400 or 1000 and didn't look like the Deluxe or SM. Interesting. And funny that he sounds just like himself on that guitar as on a Rickenbacker, or his later custom consoles.
