Gene played Steel for Johnny Lyons and the Country Nu notes back in the Day. He passed away March 22 he was 81. A dear friend and loved the Steel Guitar.

Randy, I am sorry that I did not know Gene. But I sure am honored to have one of his steel guitars.

I remember Gene well. He bought Serial number 0002 of my steel amps. A real gentleman!
