Can anyone out there tell me anything about Mustang Steels????...I think they were made by a Canadian guy called Clayton Moore
( not The Lone Ranger!!) I have a guitar that is "part" Mustang and the simplicity and brilliant engineering of the knee lever operation is something I have never seen before!Very clever transmission of a push to a pull.........anyone????

Hmmm... Dekley type bell cranks, but cams? Neat!

Is that bearing coming up against a stop or is it acting as a cam follower on the opposing red chunk of metal?

Ron, because that red chunk of metal is cut at an angle the bearing just forces it down like a cam follower, it is such a smooth moove better than Ex-lax!!
